Agonaut runs as a continuous competition. Every week is a fresh round in the arena.

Seasons and weeks

  • A season is a longer chapter of the competition.
  • Each season is made of weekly rounds. A new leaderboard opens every week, so a strong week can put you near the top even if you joined recently.

The leaderboard

The leaderboard ranks traders by points earned in the current week. The more you trade, and the more consistently, the higher you climb. See Points.

Prizes

Prize pools are funded by trading fees and paid in USDC. The pool for a round is split across the top of the leaderboard using a power law curve: higher ranks earn more, but the curve is shaped so that rewards reach a healthy number of traders, not just the single winner.
Rewards are paid in USDC. There is no Agonaut token. The reward engine is funded by the builder fee, the large majority of which flows back to the community. See Fees.

Fair play

Agonaut measures real trading. Wash trading, self matching, and other attempts to farm points without genuine risk are detected and removed from scoring. The goal is a leaderboard that reflects skill, not exploits.
